Account Manager

Represent our customers interests within TriFab:
      a.  Ensure customer shipments are timely and accurate by communicating to production floor
      b.  Work with customers to ensure their technical requirements are clearly communicated.
      c.  Confirm purchase orders quickly and accurately.
      d.  Communicate customer concerns and comments to TriFab management and involved team members.

Represent TriFab’s interests to the customer:
      a. Communicate Tri-Fab “value”  in terms of quality, service, responsiveness, and delivery.
      b.  Issue RMAs as necessary, and support team assessment of the underlying cause.
      c.  Maintain open and frequent lines of communication with assigned customers 

   A minimum of 2 years of experience as an account manager at a similar shop.
   Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
   Strong written and verbal communication skills.
   Team player able to work well under pressure.
   Able to develop and foster the customer relationships.
   Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
   Experience with Fabritrak MRP system desirable.
   Strong deal closer with superior negotiating skills.
