OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Aerospace and Defense Industry Specialist

Duties include:

o    Developing a detailed strategic plan to develop new business
o    Cold calling and qualifying a pipeline of new opportunities in the aerospace and defense industries 
o    Focusing on customers where Tri-Fab AS9100 provides competitive advantage.
o    Building relationships within customer organizations
o    Closing opportunities, including quote follow-up

Requirements:

o    Self-motivated, tenacious, relational
o    Experience cold-calling and closing business to business sales
o    Able to read mechanical drawings
o    Able to develop and foster good customer relationships
o    Strong deal closer with superior negotiating skills.
o    Must have experience in precision sheet metal or machining sales within the aerospace or defense industries.
o    Experience with AS9100 or ISO quality control procedures.

Small base pay with unlimited commission potential
